Check out my channel for more trailers and videos for upcoming games, and also be sure to check out our site: http://Feckis.com for all the latest gaming news, as well as for reviews!
UFC Undisputed 2010 is a mixed martial arts video game featuring Ultimate Fighting Championship properties and fighters developed by Yuke’s and published by THQ. It is scheduled for release on May 25, 2010, for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and for the first time PlayStation Portable. It is the second game to be released under THQ’s 2007 agreement with the UFC and it is a sequel to the successful UFC 2009 Undisputed.
On February 23rd, video game retailer GameStop announced that James McSweeney was one of four exclusive pre-order bonus unlockable fighters. On March 2nd, Marcus Jones was unveiled as the second fighter included in the pre-order. On March 9th, Brendan Schaub was announced as the third bonus fighter. On March 16th, Roy Nelson was announced as the fourth bonus fighter. The full roster is expected to be finalized and revealed between March 15 and April 10.
Three legendary fighters will be added as PS3 exclusives. These three fighters are Royce Gracie, Jens Pulver, and Dan Severn. Along with the three exclusive fighters will be five exclusive ultimate fights with each of those being added to a special blu-ray disc that will ship with the Playstation disc. The 5 ultimate fights are:
Ultimate 2009 Category UFN 18 Carlos Condit vs. Martin Kampmann
Ultimate Knockouts Category UFC 102 Nate Marquardt vs. Demian Maia
Ultimate Classics Category UFC 60 Matt Hughes vs. Royce Gracie, UFC 66 Keith Jardine vs. Forrest Griffin
Ultimate Submissions Category UFC 68 Martin Kampmann vs. Drew McFredries
Like its predecessor, the game will feature a realistic Mixed Martial Arts simulator with the presence of known UFC personalities. Kimbo Slice, Yoshihiro Akiyama, Junior dos Santos and Paulo Thiago are just some of the newly added fighters, as the majority of the fighters from the 2009 version of the game are to remain. UFC Undisputed 2010 will also include multiple changes from the previous version, including:
* Improved controls, including a redesign of clinch and ground grappling.
* Parameters of escaping submissions, to represent “how an actual struggle submission would go down” as well as new submissions, including inverted submissions.
* Usage of cage walls
* Fighter customization, so that fighters no longer have set moves according to fight style and instead can choose from about 200 different moves.
* Introduction of southpaw stance
* Greater control over the placement of tattoos or sponsorship logos
* Added MMA brands for clothing as well as the introduction of post-fight attire.
* Improved career mode with dynamic commentary based on title history or training partners. AI also adjusts fight style to take advantage of the player’s weaknesses.
* Karate, Greco-Roman wrestling and Sambo fighting styles introduced.
* Online fighting camps
* New modes including a “Title (and Defense) Mode” as well as “Tournament Mode” and a changed “Classic Fights” Mode.
* Signature moves tied to a fighter.
* The ability to attempt one submission, and change into another during the attempt.
* Classic Fights are now called Ultimate Fights with changes being fight categories and multiple challenges for each fight. Including “Rewriting History.

Mir vs Carwin was the other main event on the fight card last night. Mir was defending his title, but Carwin stripped him of that honor quickly in the first round with a TKO. This makes Carwins record 12-0 with all his victories TKOs be a hard one to beat, but that makes him all the more attractive to those fighters that want to make their mark.

UFC 111St. Pierre vs Hardy
GSP vs Dan Hardy Video St. Pierre vs Hardy Results UFC 111 Results From Last Night The recently concluded UFC 111 became a glorious success and as everyone expected with the UFC results and each episode of the Ultimate Fighting Championship every month. George St. Pierre also known as GSP earned the win with an armbar against Hardy in a unanimous decision held by all the judges.
Tonight Dan Hardy went up against Georges St. Pierre in a title belt matchup in Newark, New Jersey inside of the Prudential Center.
Although Hardy was expected to bring a little more heat and the match up was highly anticipated, no glimpse of weakness was shown last night as speculated by GSP. Hardy was tough, but St. Pierre was tougher and easily won a unanimous decision over Dan Hardy in a fight that went the full five rounds.
According to some news and sports sites reports, Hardy was overmatched by St. Pierre right from the start and Georges didnt let up the whole fight. Bonuses were paid out at the end of the night to Jared Hamman, Rodney Wallace, Kurt Pellegrino, and Shane Carwin. They each received $65,000 for putting on a great night of UFC 111!
According to the judges score cards Hardy won the the fight 50-43, 50-44 and 50-45 but was unable to go the full distance. The British Brawler was not able to do much with GSPs takedowns, and his striking power seemed cursed by the natural fighting wit and savvy of the French Canadian.
Now did anyone has wonder how this matchup game shake down the arena after Hardy shook down the octagon. Catch the UFC 111 replay videos live at Justin TV and Sopcast now. Enjoy watching the replays now!

Nick Diaz: MMA’s Most Frustrating Fighter
by Ross Everett
Had things happened differently, Nick Diaz would forever be part of MMA history. Regardless of how his career transpired after February, 2007 he should have been remembered as part of one of the greatest fights ever. His PRIDE 33 matchup against Takanori Gomi should have created an indelible legacy. It was a Mixed Martial Arts version of Gatti/Ward or Castillo/Corrales 1. It should have been the biggest victory of Diaz’s career and the centerpiece of his highlight reel.
Unfortunately, Diaz’s moment of glory lasted only about six weeks. On April 10th, the Nevada Athletic Commission announced that hed failed a drug test. Diaz had tested positive for marijuana, and his THC level was off the charts. The Nevada Athletic Commission considers a THC level over 50 a positive result for marijuana usage. Nick Diazs THC level was an astounding 175 and that led NSAC Chairman Dr. Tony Alamo to speculate that in this situation marijuana was a performance enhancing drug. The rationale was that during the fight Diaz was feeling no pain”literally. Diaz was fined, suspended and the result of his almost certain fight of the year winner with Gomi changed to a no decision.
Diaz had singlehandedly removed the luster from a classic bout. Following an action packed and very close first round Gomi took control in the second. Gomi had opened a cut on Diazs face and it was bleeding a gusher. On several occasions Gomi implored the referee to stop the fight, or at least check on the cut due to the excessive blood flow. With the ref showing no signs of stopping the fight and Diaz hanging tough, Gomi took the fight to the ground and in a matter of seconds found himself forced to tap out to a gogoplata.
While Diaz might not be a bad person, hes definitely someone who attracts trouble. While the relative risk pot smoking is debatable and beyond the purview of this article one thing is certain”fighters are prohibited from its use. Sadly, it appears that Diaz places a greater value on his recreational drug use than his legacy as a professional prizefighter. Hes gone so far as to obtain a prescription for medical marijuana in California.
Ironically, Japans notoriously lax oversight of mixed martial arts makes it a perfect fit for Diaz. He doesnt have to worry about drug tests or athletic commissions who arent sympathetic to his claiming a need for medical marijuana. His workrate, conditioning and versatility as a fighter will be appreciated by the Japanese fans, and offers countless matchup opportunities for the Japanese promotions. Most significantly, perhaps, his participation with Japanese promotions DREAM or Sengoku provides Diaz the opportunity to put his missteps behind him and reassert himself as one of the sports most exciting fighters and not one of its biggest troublemakers.
